An on-line source for Mycobacterium abscessus modeled structural proteome

MabeLLINI (Mycobacterium ABscessus modELLing INItiative) is a database available to anyone that wishes to know in detail the structural proteome of Mycobacterium abscessus. It contains thousands of models, generated with an unique domain-based methodology and thoroughly annotated with information from UniProt, CATH, SCOP and many more resources. These models are readily available for download, either individually or in bundles. To access them, simply use one of the many available queries or explore the data using our hierarchical interactive sunbursts.

Search by:

Input a gene ID in the ordered locus format (e.g. MAB_0001), a protein name (e.g. DNA Gyrase) or a combination of these options separated by comma. You may use wildcards to perform searches for partial terms (e.g. DNA*). Capitalization is not taken into consideration.

Input a UniProt ID (B1ME46) or a term to be searched in the uniprot name (e.g. peptidase). You may use wildcards to perform searches for partial terms (e.g. amino*, will retrieve all the Uniprot IDs that start with the term amino: aminotransferase.). Capitalization is not taken into consideration.

Input a Pfam ID (e.g. PF00487) or a term to be searched in the pfam name (e.g: isomerase). You may use wildcards to perform searches for partial terms (e.g. ribo*, will retreive all Pfam Ids that start with the term ribo: ribosomal, ribose, etc.). Capitalization is not taken into consideration.

Input a fasta sequence that will be queried using blastp against a database containing only M. abscessus proteins. E-value = 0.001, minimum identity 30%, minimum coverage 30%


Input a Gene Ontology ID (e.g. GO:0046914) or a term to be searched in the GO term description (e.g. catalytic activity). You may use wildcards to perform searches for partial terms (e.g. *phospho*, will retrieve all the GO terms that contain the word-fragment phospho: phosphoribose, phosphotransferase). Capitalization is not taken into consideration.

Input an enzyme comission number (e.g. 2.7.7.7) or a term to be searched in the EC nomeclature (e.g. nucleotidyltransferases). You may use wildcards to perform searches for partial terms (e.g. *reductases will retrieve all the EC terms ending in reductases: oxidoreductases ). Capitalization is not taken into consideration.
